We are searching for self-motivated corporate recruiter to join our company. In this role, you will identify the best job applicants, and conduct interviews with potential hires. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop improved talent acquisition strategies. A successful recruiter has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, remains up to date with employment legislature, and keeps informed in company hiring and internship programs.
Corporate Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Identifying recruiting needs and sourcing the best applicants to fill vacancies.
- Preparing and posting attractive job descriptions to online job boards or circulating them via other channels, such as email or social media.
- Analyzing existing talent acquisition procedures and developing new, more efficient methods of finding great candidates.
- Using resume parsers, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
- Creating and maintaining talent pools.
- Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential hires via email, phone, video, or in person.
- Developing resources for booths at career fairs.
- Develop and maintain all onboarding processes, and job descriptions
- Organizing and attending traditional and virtual job fairs.
- Networking with industry professionals and keeping abreast of developments in talent acquisition.
- Maintain accurate records to meet federal requirements of applicant tracking and processing
- Ensure all legal requirements are met during the recruiting process
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data
Corporate Recruiter Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) in HR.
- Experience: 2-5 years related experience in human resources plus but not required.
- Computer Skills: Effective use of office systems, and ability to quickly learn and integrate new systems.
